Set sourcing volume to 0 to pause outreach; close the role to end outreach

Pause outreach

Pause outreach at any time by setting sourcing volume to 0 from the role setup page. This stops new outreach, but follow-up messages to previously contacted candidates will continue to be sent.

Tezi’s system will save any candidates previously advanced to the Scheduled list. If you turn on sourcing volume again, Tezi will re-queue these candidates according to your updated sourcing volume.

End outreach

To shut down all outreach, including follow-up messages, you have two options:

  1. Close the role
  1. Set sourcing volume to 0 and delete follow-up message templates
