Review your sourcing list
How to advance candidates for outreach by Max
The For Review sourcing list contains candidates that Max recommends as strong fits for your role, identified out of Tezi’s database of 750+ million candidate profiles. When you advance candidates from this list, Max queues them on the Scheduled list for future automated outreach.
If you’re using Tezi only for inbound screening and not outreach, the For Review list provides a preview of the kinds of candidates Max would recommend for advancement during inbound screening, but it isn’t actionable.
Find your sourcing list
Access your sourcing list from calibration or the left navigation bar:

Review candidates
Evaluate whether candidates are good matches by reviewing Max’s AI reasoning explanation (available if you are using AI evaluation criteria), Tezi candidate profiles, as well as LinkedIn profiles.

Advance & remove candidates
When you find a strong match, advance them to add them to Max’s scheduled outreach list (see below). Conversely, if a candidate is a poor match, remove them from the sourcing list to ensure you don’t waste time re-reviewing them in the future.
You can advance or remove candidates from the list, from an individual profile, or in bulk.

If many candidates on the sourcing list are poor fits, refine calibration to make sourcing review more efficient. Click Search criteria from the top right of the sourcing list to edit your calibration.
Get more candidates
Add more candidates to the sourcing list by clicking + Evaluate Profiles.
This triggers Max to reason through additional profiles that match your filters and determine whether they also fulfill your AI evaluation criteria. Max adds the candidates that meet both to the sourcing list for your review.
Max can run out of profiles to evaluate if it has already assessed all the profiles that match your filters. If this happens, re-calibrate to target a different pool of candidates.
Auto advance
Once Max’s recommendations closely align with your judgment, consider turning on Auto advance. Max will then autonomously source on your behalf, giving you time back to tackle other priorities. Specifically, with auto-advance:
- All candidates on the sourcing list are advanced to outreach automatically, without your manual review
- Max autonomously evaluates and advances candidates to outreach on an ongoing basis, at the rate specified by your weekly target volume, until all calibration matches have been contacted
You can still preview candidates before Max’s outreach in the Scheduled list (see below) and remove bad matches. However, to keep your pipeline healthy, Max will automatically contact candidates on their scheduled dates, regardless of whether you've previewed them or not.
If your sourcing list doesn’t match your preferences enough to turn on auto-advance, try recalibrating to improve Max’s understanding of your ideal candidate profile.
See scheduled candidates
The Scheduled list shows candidates that have been advanced by you or, if auto advance is enabled, by Max. Access it from the sourcing list:

Candidates are scheduled for outreach in the order they were advanced and according to your weekly sourcing volume. You can remove any candidates from the list to prevent Max from contacting them.
If your role isn’t live yet or sourcing isn’t fully configured, the Scheduled list may show candidates without dates since Max is not equipped for outreach yet. These candidates will be assigned dates once sourcing and outreach setup is complete.
