Can you share more about the acquisition?
As of March 12, 2026, Tezi was acquired by a company outside of the recruiting tech space. Therefore, it is shutting down its Max, AI recruiting agent, product offering.
How long will Tezi remain available?
Tezi will remain available through April 12, 2026, to allow customers time to export data and transition to other solutions.
If I’m entitled to a pro-rated refund, when and how will I receive it?
Our Finance team will be reaching out soon with details specific to your account, including the refund amount and how it will be processed.
What will happen to my data on Tezi?
All company and company-owned candidate PII stored in Tezi systems will be permanently deleted after April 12, 2026. Please be sure to transfer any of your customer data before that date.
Are there any tools Tezi recommends as potential replacements?
There are many strong solutions in the market today. While we don’t formally recommend any specific tools, we’re happy to discuss options with you 1:1 based on your needs or any solutions you’re already considering.
