Max’s hiring context
Max learns about your role to become a more effective recruiting partner
Max learns about your role from your guidance on email replies over time, then uses that knowledge to reply to candidate emails and power Q&A in the chat screen, saving you more time as it improves.
To help Max ramp up faster, give it an initial base of hiring context. On your role setup page:
1️⃣ Provide role context
Select Role context and provide any role‑specific information that candidates frequently ask about. You can use Tezi’s suggested topics, like work location or example projects, or write your own content.
2️⃣ 💼 Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise only: Provide or edit company context
Select Company context and add the company information that candidates ask about most. Similar to role context, you can follow Tezi’s prompts or add custom content.
Because this section is shared across all roles, include only company‑level information. Note that anyone at your organization can edit company context.
Max uses only role and company context for candidate Q&A, and it does not draw from other parts of role setup. This enables you to easily control what Max says. To have Max reference details from the JD, interview plan, or other parts of role setup, copy them into role or company context.
FAQ
For role or company context, can I upload a PDF? Can Tezi scrape a webpage?
Tezi does not support uploading PDFs or scraping webpages for hiring context. Content needs to be provided as plain text in role or company context.
While Tezi can’t scrape webpages, you can include links for Max to share with candidates (e.g., “Read more about the company’s recent milestones at this link: [URL]”). Copy any key details from the links into the context fields if you want Max to be able to directly reference the information.
