To maximize the impact of AI personalization:

Use tokens for standard personalization. Reference specific companies, skills, or other key parts of a candidate's background: particularly your experience at {{ company }} and your degree in {{ majors }}

Write custom instructions for deeper personalization: Give the AI more freedom to personalize effectively, while using detailed guidance to maintain your brand voice. For example, specify which types of skills or companies to highlight, or even provide multiple personalization options based on different candidate backgrounds.
