How you’re billed for Tezi
🌱 Lite users
Subscriptions renew monthly on the same calendar day that they were created.
You’ll be prompted to start a paid subscription when you go live on your first role. Going live activates Tezi’s AI Max to run the automations you’ve configured, and it is usually one of the final steps of setting up sourcing & outreach or general role setup.
💼 Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise users
Subscription terms vary based on contract terms. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager with any questions.
Manage billing settings
Access the Tezi billing portal to:
- Update payment methods
- Update billing information
- Download invoices and receipts
Cancel your subscription

Canceling a subscription is not self-serve yet because, in order to minimize disruption to candidates, Max’s live automations need to be shut down carefully and in coordination with you.
