This article walks through how Tezi integrates with Ashby for interview scheduling and feedback.
Interview plans live in Tezi
You’ll create and edit the interview plan for each role in Tezi. This includes defining the number of interviews for each round, assigning interviewers, and setting the interview duration. Note that all interviewers must have an account in your Ashby org in order for Max to be able to schedule interviews with them.
Configuring custom feedback forms
You have the option to specify an Ashby interview that will be used when scheduling each interview. The Ashby interview is a set of interviewer instructions and a feedback form that will be used for the interview. These are typically configured to be shared across roles in your Ashby org (see screenshot below).
If you want to configure this for any of your interviews, let your Tezi CSM know the name of the Ashby interviews you want to use and they’ll set it up for you.
If you don’t set an Ashby interview for an interview in your Tezi interview plan, then scheduled interviews will use your Ashby org’s default interview.
Scheduled interviews appear in Ashby
Whenever Max schedules an interview with a candidate, that interview will appear in Ashby on the candidate’s Activities tab and in the interviewer’s list of upcoming interviews.
Interviewers submit feedback in Ashby
Interviewers will submit feedback in Ashby just like they would for any other interview.
They’ll use a custom feedback form if one was specified for their interview.
They'll receive reminders to submit feedback from Ashby. Max will not send them any notifications about submitting feedback.
