What role does Max play in recruiting, and what roles do humans play?
Max handles much of the busy work that human recruiters typically do, such as reviewing inbound applications, finding qualified candidates online, and scheduling interviews. However, humans still perform uniquely human activities, such as selling the opportunity, evaluating interview performance, and extending offers.
Does Max make decisions about my candidacy?
No. A human recruiter or hiring manager makes the "advance" or "reject" decisions about candidates. Max may provide a summary or recommendation, but humans make the decisions and oversee Max.
